I didn’t know the first thing about mini splits when I started this journey. I got quotes from 5 companies/individuals. I realized after the first couple of plumbers I wanted someone more knowledgeable that could do everything. It was down to them and Roadrunner but I really appreciated Zack’s non-salesy approach in discussing with me. I absolutely couldn’t have made a better decision. His crew was fantastic. Very professional even arrived on time which is unheard of in these parts. Liz was very helpful in getting any questions I had answered.

This is the best crew that I have had the experience of working with in Santa Fe. They were prompt (or even early...unheard of!), courteous, professional, accurate, and the areas they worked in looked just as clean at the end of the day as before they had started. Communication was excellent. I don't believe you can do better -- just hire them!

We moved to Santa Fe in 2018 and bought an Adobe house. It needed a lot of updating but the single upgrade that likely has made my wife the happiest is having Santa Fe Ductless install our mini-splits. The day Zak installed the units in our bedrooms she stopped asking when we were going to sell this old drafty adobe house. The next year he installed another in the living room and now we all often spend evenings there for live music and reading. We still have an iron fireplace but I now only burn wood out of a love for the aesthetic rather than a necessary chore to warm the house. Notably, he also skillfully hid the outdoor units on our roof. He was considerate about what was the most efficient location for the indoor units and took our preferences on location seriously.
